Apartment is located in residental area of Neos Marmaras, in quiet, low-traffic street, without commercial facilities. This means no crowd and noise, and still just a couple of hundreds of meters from seaside and city center. You can park your vehicle just outside the apartment or just across the street.
Neos Marmaras is a quiet, calm seaside town, and for almost 20 years of our personal experience visiting it, we never had not one unplesant situation like robbery or theft of any kind, both in accomodation, or from the car, in the street, beach etc… So you can relax and enjoy without worrying about the car, valuables, money, etc.
In close vicinity of the apartment (some 250m away) is a small “stone bay beach“. Approach to this beach is arranged, coast(beach) had puddle stone on shore, water goes deep in mild fashion, and just few meters away from shore in standing depth bottom becomes sandy. It is convenient for couples or families with children. It is specially interesting for lovers of underwater world who love to snorkel around, because on both sides of the beach are big rocks that trive with underwater life.

Some 400m away from the apartment is the famous Paradiso beach, very long and spacious, and it’s left, and most beautiful part is the nearest to the apartment too. Proposed path to the Paradisos beach is displayed on picture below. That path is suitable for walk or car ride if you bring “heavy beach logistics” with you.
